I am an independent security consultant with over 25 years of experience across the UK security and events industry, specialising in live security performance auditing during real operations.

I attend events, venues and operational environments to verify that security provision is actually being delivered as contracted. This includes staffing numbers, deployment, SIA compliance, supervision and incident management under pressure.

Alongside performance auditing and compliance consultancy, I deliver practical equality diversity and inclusion workshops as well as providing senior level freelance operational security management and close protection support.

My background includes founding and running a successful security company and working at every level of live security operations. I now work independently with organisers, venues, councils, and private clients who want a clear, honest view of how their security really performs.
